Xavier's House was founded by someone who knows what it means to have nowhere to go. She survived. She rebuilt. And she never forgot.
Today, she's building permanent homes for youth who have no other options young people who are smart, resilient, and full of potential. They just need a safe place to stand.
We buy old homes in neighborhoods that need revitalization. We fix them up the older kids help. We give them jobs, food, medical care, music, art, and recreation. We teach self-reliance and the power of community.
